Auction Bid or Negotiate Only
For buyers who have already identified the right property, this service provides expert representation through either auction or private negotiation.
Once your intent to purchase is confirmed, the property is fully assessed as it would be within our broader services. This includes inspection, due diligence, market analysis and clear guidance on fair value and strategy.
For auctions, we attend and bid on your behalf, removing emotion from the process and implementing a clear plan built around market conditions, competition and a defined walk away price.
For private negotiations we step in to represent your interests directly with the selling agent. This includes pausing sales momentum where possible, completing thorough property assessments and shaping a focused acquisition strategy to achieve the strongest outcome.

Co-Pilot Program
